1. Tour Cancellations by Client
More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund minus administrative fees.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations: No refund.
2. Tour Cancellations by Lazaro Travel
If Lazaro Travel cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., low bookings, natural disasters, political issues), clients may choose to:
Receive a full refundlub
Reschedule to another available tour date.
3. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Visa fees, flight tickets, and insurance are non-refundable.
Third-party services booked outside Lazaro Travel’s control are subject to their own refund policies.
